We have a variety of water exercise options, including arthritis classes, aquatic personal training, deep-water sweat and more.  Ask at the front desk for the latest schedule - and look forward to a great, low-impact workout. 

DEEP Water Exercise

Join this new energetic water class.  This class offers high intensity workouts to strengthen and tone.  This class will include jogs and runs, along with upper and lower body movements with an emphasis on core strength and conditioning.

Monday and Wednesday   10:30-11:10 a.m.

Tuesday and Thursday      6:00-6:50 p.m.

 

Water Exercise

FREE for YMCA members

This class is open to anyone of all ages. The water exercise

program uses water as resistance. Water exercises are

done in the shallow end of the pool. No swimming skills

required.

SilverSneakers® SilverSplash®:

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety!

SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water

moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular

endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special

SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength,

balance and coordination.
