Run Jump Play
An exciting obstacle course class for those 8 to 13 years of age. The class will be segmented with the obstacle course in the first portion and group games (skatterball,basketball, kick ball etc.) in the second portion. Speed and Agility Training (S.A.T.)
Get the Edge- YMCA Speed and Agility Training (S.A.T.) Designed to help those athletes who need to sharpen their abilities or for those between sports. The S.A.T. class will focus on the following: Speed / Agility / Quick starts / Quick feet / Front / Back / Lateral Movements / Basic Cone / Ladder/Hurdle Drills / Cardiovascular Conditioning / Basic Plyometrics and Flexibility. Winter 1 January 13 – February 26

Swim and Gym Physical Education Program
For Home Schooled Boys and Girls ages 6-17
One hour of physical education in the gym and 45-minutes recreational swim. Age groups will be split if enrollment warrants.
Winter Session 1: January 9 – February 13
Winter Session 2: February 20 – March 2
Days: All sessions will be offered on Fridays.
Time: 10:30 -12:30 p.m.
YMCA Members $10 individual /$20 for first two in family $5 each additional person in same household.
Non-Members $20 per session for individual $40 for first two in family $5 additional person in same household
