Home School Physical Education

Ages 6-17

The Home School Physical Education Program meets once a week for 45-minutes of swimming pool activities and one hour of sports' activities in the gym. Kids will learn new sports' skills and improve those they know including basketball, baseball, soccer, and more.  Parents are encouraged to participate as volunteers in both the swimming pool and gymnasium activity sessions.

Our primary objectives are:

  • To foster in kids a love of physical activity and play
  • To instill a need for physical fitness in each child
  • To give kids an opportunity to belong to a group in which each kid is accepted
  • To develop a sense of fair play and cooperation, and the ability to work in group.
