The Fayette County Family YMCA is strengthening the foundation of our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. As with many organizations, COVID-19 has presented many challenges which make your support more important than ever. As COVID-19 swept across the country, the Y was there to provide child care for essential workers, outreach to seniors facing social isolation and virtual learning spaces as schools transferred to remote learning.

As vaccine numbers increase and case numbers decrease the hope is that more community members will continue to feel comfortable reengaging, and will see the Fayette County Family YMCA as an important part of the future. Many believe that the need for intentional steps towards physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual health is of even greater importance in a post pandemic world. The YMCA is prepared to come along side to help take those steps.
