I highly recommend Zakk as a Personal Trainer! The organized routine of stretching, warming up, working out, then cooling down – each session a little different – has kept me “in the routine” while “enjoying the variety.” Zakk does an excellent job tailoring each workout to my daily situation, especially when I’m dealing with a recurring sports injury. He adjusts the plan on the spot so I can keep progressing without aggravating the issue. The sessions keep me making steady progress, without risking re-injury. I leave each session feeling like I moved forward a little, while still staying away from the injury. I’m slowly getting back in good shape. My weight is slowly going down, while my flexibility and strength are both coming back. I’m looking forward to snapshotting where I am now VS where I’ll be in 3 months. The 12 weeks will go fast – “slow and steady” wins the race! It’s a great feeling to see the progress!
