2024 Camp Parent Handbook
The Fayette County Family YMCA School Age Summer Program is a state-licensed program for ages 6-12.
Children must have completed Kindergarten to register.
Campers will be put into groups according to age/grade level.
Arts & Crafts Sports Games Octaball Special Events/Guest Speakers
We have a weekly special activity and swim at the YMCA. Most of your child’s day is spent outside, except in inclement weather.
Registration: Registration Packets are available at the YMCA and on the website. There is a $15 registration fee per family.
A $25 non-refundable deposit per week registered is also due at time of registration.
BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AFTERNOON SNACK INCLUDED!
HOURS: Pre-Camp 6:00 am -9:00 am (breakfast ends at 8:00). Camp activities 9:00-4:00. Post-Camp 4:00-5:30pm.
SCHOLARSHIPS: Applications are available at the YMCA and awarded based on documented inability to pay the published fees. Applications must be received by May 20th.
*All activities are subject to change or cancellation. Parents and/ or guardians will be notified of any changes.*
*Closed for Memorial Day, Independence Day and July 5th for Professional Development
